Smoking can cause your skin to age prematurely and can also lead to chronic diseases such as heart disease and lung cancer. Quitting smoking can help slow down aging and improve overall health.
7. Manage stress levels
Stress can have a negative effect on your mental and physical health. Incorporate stress management techniques such as meditation or yoga into your daily routine.
8. Take care of your skin
It’s important to take care of your skin to avoid premature aging. Keep your skin hydrated with moisturizer and use anti-aging products that contain retinol or vitamin C.
