Two weeks ago, I decided to start my clean eating journey. I have always been interested in eating healthy, but never really took the leap. The past two weeks have been a challenge, but I can already see and feel the benefits of eating clean.

What is Clean Eating?

Clean eating is a lifestyle in which you eat whole, unprocessed foods as much as possible. It means avoiding anything with added preservatives, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats.

Clean eating includes eating fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. The goal is to consume foods in their natural state as much as possible.

Week One

The first week of my clean eating journey was difficult. I had to adjust to a new way of eating and restrict myself from my usual foods. I found myself craving sugary snacks and processed foods more than usual.
