2. Skipping Sunscreen

While a little sun exposure is important for getting vitamin D, too much can quickly age your skin. UV rays break down collagen and elastin, causing wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, and uneven skin tone.

Always make sure to wear SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin.

3. Poor Diet
