In just eight minutes a day, you can make a positive step towards a healthier and happier you. Here are eight simple changes you can make to feel better both physically and mentally.

1. Stretching

Start your day with a quick stretch to wake up your muscles and get your blood flowing. Even a few minutes of stretching can improve flexibility and reduce tension in your body.

Try stretching your neck, shoulders, arms, back, and legs for a full-body stretch. You can also incorporate yoga or Pilates for a more comprehensive workout.

2. Deep Breathing
