However, there are several things you can do to boost your baby’s immunity and keep them healthy. Here are some tips:.

1. Breastfeeding

Breast milk is packed with essential nutrients and antibodies that help build your baby’s immune system.

The first milk your breasts produce, called colostrum, contains high levels of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA), which forms a protective barrier on your baby’s nose, throat, and digestive system, blocking harmful viruses and bacteria from entering.

2. Healthy Diet for Mom

A healthy diet is just as important for Mom as for her Baby. Intake of nutritious food helps in the production of high-quality breast milk which is key in building the baby’s immunity.
