In order to achieve that, there are some simple steps you can follow to ensure your baby thrives. Here are some of the most important things you need to do.

1. Breastfeed Your Baby

Breastfeeding is an important factor when it comes to your baby’s health and growth. It provides your baby with the necessary nutrients and helps them build a strong immune system.

Breast milk contains all the vital nutrients required for your baby’s growth, including proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and vitamins. It also protects your baby from various illnesses and infections.

2. Get Plenty of Sleep

Sleep is essential for both parents and babies. It helps your baby’s body and brain develop and grow. A newborn baby needs around 14-17 hours of sleep per day, and this duration decreases as they grow older.

Lack of sleep can negatively affect your baby’s mood and behavior, and can also impact their physical growth. Adequate sleep can also help prevent sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

3. Keep Your Baby Clean and Hygienic
