What Is Self-Awareness?

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize and understand our own thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

Scoring:

For each question, score yourself on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being “Strongly Disagree” and 5 being “Strongly Agree”.

  • 31-40: You have a good level of self-awareness. Focus on continuing to improve your ability to communicate your feelings to others and understand your values and beliefs.
  • 41-50: You are highly self-aware. Keep up the good work!
