The Anger Test

  10. Do you feel ashamed of the way you behave when angry?

Add up your score based on the following:.

  • Yes to 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7 equals 1 point each
  • Yes to 2, 4, 8, 9, and 10 equals 2 points each
