Hangovers are the last thing we want to deal with after a night of partying. The headache, upset stomach, and fatigue can be debilitating and make us wish we never indulged in those extra drinks.

While the best prevention for a hangover is moderation and avoiding alcohol altogether, sometimes we slip up and need a quick fix in the morning. Instead of reaching for the greasy fast food or sugary drinks, try out some of these healthy hangover cures right in your kitchen.

Hydrate with Water
