  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries

  • 3 egg yolks

: Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them into small pieces and keep them aside. Take a medium-sized saucepan, pour the milk and cream into it, and heat it on medium heat. Keep stirring it to avoid burning.

Once it starts to simmer, remove it from the heat and keep it aside.

Step 2: Mix the Sugar and Egg Yolks

Add the cut strawberries to the egg and sugar mix, and whisk until they mix well.
