Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh mango
  • 1 cup fresh kiwi
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fruits into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, blend the fruits separately with 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar until smooth. Repeat the process for all the fruits.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice to each fruit puree and mix well. You can adjust the lime juice according to your preference.
  4. Pour each fruit puree into a separate shallow dish. You can use a baking dish or a large plastic container.
  5. Place the dishes in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until the edges are frozen.
  6. With a fork, scrape the icy edges of the fruit puree and mix well. Repeat the process every 30 minutes for the next 2-3 hours or until the mixture is completely frozen.
  7. To serve, scoop each flavor into serving cups or glasses and garnish with fresh fruits or mint leaves.
