Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika and salt. Add this spice mix to the diced chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Saute the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
  5. Divide the chicken between the tortillas and top each with avocado slices, shredded lettuce or cabbage, sour cream and salsa.
  6. Roll each tortilla into a wrap and serve immediately.
