Tip 1: Mindful Breathing

The foundation of heightened sensuality is being mindful of your breath. Breath is energy and when you breathe deeply and mindfully, you ignite your senses.

Practicing mindful breathing can be done everywhere, whether you’re commuting in your car or sitting at a desk.
