1. The fetal position

One of the most popular sleep positions, the fetal position, is all about comfort. This sleep position is characterized by curling up into a ball with your knees drawn in towards your chest and your arms wrapped around them.

If you sleep in the fetal position, you’re probably someone who feels the need to protect yourself and be guarded at all times. You may be sensitive and shy, but you’re also likely to be warm and friendly with people you’re close to.

2. The log position
