Warm-up

Before starting your workout, it is important to properly warm-up your muscles to prevent injury. Start with 5-10 minutes of light cardio, such as jogging in place or jumping jacks, followed by dynamic stretches.

These stretches involve moving your body through a range of motion, such as lunges with a twist, high knees, or leg swings. Perform each stretch for 10-15 reps on each side.

Circuit 1

Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises:.

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 lunges (each leg)
  • 30-second plank

Take a 30-second break between each round. If you need to modify any exercises, such as doing push-ups on your knees, feel free to do so.

Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises:.

  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 leg raises
  • 10 Russian twists (each side)
  • 10 bicycle crunches (each side)

Take a 30-second break between each round. Keep your core tight throughout each exercise and focus on proper form.

Cool-down

After completing your workout, take 5-10 minutes to cool down and stretch your muscles. Perform static stretches, holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds. This can include stretches such as hamstring stretches, quad stretches, and shoulder stretches.
