Welcome to Day 4 of “Revamp Your Body in 4 Weeks”. You’re well on your way to getting the body you’ve always wanted. It’s Day 4, and by now, you should be feeling more energized and motivated than ever before.

So, without further ado, here are today’s workout and diet tips:.

: Workout

Today’s workout routine focuses mainly on improving your cardiovascular health and building your core muscles. Here are the exercises you need to do:.

Exercise 1: Running (10 Minutes)

Running is an excellent way to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Start with a warm-up session of light jogging for about 3-5 minutes and then gradually increase your pace for the next 5 minutes.

Sprint for the last 2 minutes and follow it up with a cool-down session of slow jogging for 2-4 minutes.

Exercise 2: Crunches (3 sets of 10 reps)

Crunches are a great way to strengthen your core muscles, which are essential for maintaining good posture and balance. Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head.

Bend your knees and raise your upper body off the floor, without using your back muscles. Hold for a few seconds and slowly lower your upper body back to the ground. Do 10 reps, rest for 30-45 seconds, and then repeat two more sets.

Rest for 30-45 seconds and then repeat two more sets.

: Diet

Your diet is essential for achieving your body goals. Here are some dietary changes you need to make for Day 4:.

Tip 1: Drink More Water

Drinking water can help your body flush out toxins and improve your metabolism. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

Tip 2: Avoid Processed Foods

Processed foods are loaded with sugar, sodium, and unhealthy fats. It’s time to cut them out of your diet. Choose natural, whole foods instead.

Tip 3: Eat More Leafy Greens

Leafy greens are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They also help keep you full for longer, which means you’re less likely to snack on unhealthy foods. Add some kale, spinach, or arugula to your meals.

That’s it for Day 4 of “Revamp Your Body in 4 Weeks”. Keep up the good work, and don’t forget to come back tomorrow for Day 5.
