Step 1: Set a Goal

The very first step to achieving a sleek and toned body is setting a goal. Determine how much weight you want to lose and how much muscle you want to gain. Be realistic and set achievable targets.

You can use apps or talk to your trainer to set up a plan that is tailored to your needs and abilities.

Step 2: Cut Down Junk

Junk food is the biggest enemy of a healthy body. It is high in calories and low in nutrients, and can quickly derail your weight loss goals. Cut down fast food, sodas, processed snacks, and sugary treats from your diet.
