3. Butterfly Stretch

Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together and your knees out to the sides. Gently press your knees down towards the floor while keeping your back straight. Hold this position for 30 seconds.

Twist your torso to the left and touch your hands to the ground next to your left hip, then twist to the right and touch your hands to the ground next to your right hip. Do this as many times as you can in one minute.
