Cucumber and Potato Mask

Cucumber and potato contain enzymes and antioxidants that can soothe and lighten the skin around the eyes. To prepare this mask, peel a cucumber and a potato and blend them together to form a smooth paste. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Apply the paste around your eyes, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with cold water. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

Turmeric and Honey Mask

This mask is perfect for reducing puffy eyes and dark circles thanks to turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and healing properties and honey’s antibacterial and moisturizing properties.

Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with one tablespoon of honey and apply the mixture under your eyes. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Do this once a week. Be careful though, turmeric stains easily.

Tea Bag Mask

The caffeine and antioxidants in tea help to soothe tired eyes and reduce dark circles. Take two used tea bags (green or black tea) and refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Then, place them over your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes, while you relax.

Repeat this daily to see visible results.

Milk and Honey Mask

This mask is great for eliminating dark circles and puffy eyes. Milk contains lactic acid which acts as a natural exfoliant, while honey moisturizes and soothes the skin. Mix one tablespoon of honey with two tablespoons of milk and form a paste.

Apply it to your under-eye area and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

Tomato and Lemon Mask

The mixture of tomato and lemon juice creates a potent remedy for dark circles and puffy eyes. Tomato contains lycopene which protects your skin from harmful UV rays, and lemon juice reduces pigmentation and brightens the skin.
