Here are 10 habits that you should avoid to maintain a youthful appearance

We all want to look and feel young and vibrant. However, some of our everyday habits can make us look older than our actual age. Here are 10 habits that you should avoid to maintain a youthful appearance.

1. Not Drinking Enough Water

Dehydration is not only bad for your overall health, but it can also make your skin look dry, dull and wrinkled. To maintain a healthy and youthful appearance, you should make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

You can also add fruits and vegetables with high water content to your diet, such as cucumber, watermelon, and strawberries.

2. Not Wearing Sunscreen

Exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays is one of the leading causes of premature aging, including wrinkles, age spots, and sagging skin. To protect your skin, you should wear sunscreen with a high SPF (at least 30) every day, even on cloudy days.
