1. Hydrate from the inside out

Drinking plenty of water is essential for keeping your skin hydrated in cold weather. When the air is dry, your skin can lose moisture more quickly, causing it to become dull and dry.

Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, and consider adding hydrating foods to your diet, such as cucumbers, watermelon, and leafy greens.

2. Moisturize regularly

Moisturizing is one of the most important steps in cold weather skin care. Look for a moisturizer that contains hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or ceramides, as these ingredients help to lock in moisture and keep skin hydrated.
