My Unhealthy Lifestyle
Growing up, I had never imagined that I’d become obese. I was always active and ate healthily until I started my job. Late nights at work, consuming unhealthy food, and drinking alcohol became my new norm.
I was working 12 hours a day and had no time for exercise. I started to gain weight, and soon enough, I was obese.
The Turning Point
It wasn’t until I started experiencing health problems that I realized I had to make significant changes to my lifestyle. I was diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol, and I knew it was time to take control of my health.
