1. Canned Foods

Canned foods such as soups, vegetables, and fruits are very high in sodium content. The high amount of sodium in canned foods can make the-sensitive-kidneys worse. Consuming canned foods often leads to high blood pressure and other health problems.

So, people with sensitive kidneys should avoid canned foods and opt for fresh foods instead.
