  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz.)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and set aside.

  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
  8. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
