: Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
  • 1 medium-sized tangerine, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tangerine juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

: Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and drying your mixed greens, then transferring them to a large salad bowl.
  2. Peel and slice your tangerine, then add the slices to the salad bowl.
  3. Peel and dice your avocado, then add it to the salad bowl.
  4. Halve your cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad bowl as well.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped almonds over the top of the salad.
  6. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, tangerine juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until the salad is well coated and evenly distributed.
