  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Leave about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough.
