The 20-20-20 rule is a simple yet effective way to reduce eye strain. The rule states that every 20 minutes, you should take a break from staring at your screen and look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

This exercise can help reduce eye strain and fatigue by giving your eyes a chance to rest and refocus. You can set a timer on your device to remind you to take this 20-second break every 20 minutes.

2. Adjust screen settings

Another way to reduce eye strain is by adjusting the settings on your digital devices. Bright screens can cause discomfort and strain your eyes, especially in low light environments.

Therefore, it’s recommended to adjust the brightness of your screen to a comfortable level. You can also adjust the color temperature of your screen to reduce the amount of blue light emitted, which can disrupt your sleep cycle and cause eye strain.

3. Use the right lighting
