Tire Flip

Your feet should be shoulder-width apart, and your toes should be pointing forward. Then, squat down, and grab the bottom of the tire with both hands. Lift the tire off the ground by driving through your legs and pushing with your arms. Once the tire is off the ground, quickly flip it over by pushing the top of the tire away from you.
