  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Wash the grass and chop it finely. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the couscous, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. Add the grass to the couscous mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Grease a pie dish with olive oil and pour the grass mixture into it. Press down firmly to form an even layer.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the grass mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  8. Pour the vegetable broth over the top of the egg mixture.
  9. Cover the pie dish loosely with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
